Swanage Bay Heights

This apartment has lovely open sea views from the living room and kitchen. There is: a living room with sofas, smart TV and eating area; pretty bedroom with oak double bed and wardrobe; simple fitted kitchen with gas oven & hob, microwave, toaster and refrigerator; a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and w.c. Attic style rooms on the second floor so visitors do need to be fairly fit. Shared use of garden. Free parking in the road. A decorated seasonal Christmas tree is provided. The space Swanage Bay Heights is within a 5 minute walk of the sandy beach and shops of Swanage. The walk is downhill/uphill and fairly steep in one part. Durleston Country Park and access to the South West Coastal Path are also only a short walk away. There are a variety of seaside activities including swimming, fishing and boating plus the Swanage Steam Railway offers easy access to the picturesque medieval village of Corfe Castle. Regular bus services also offer easy access to Wareham and Poole. A very attractive bus route can be taken via Studland and the small chain ferry to Bournemouth. Swanage is particularly festive in December with Christmas lights, Christmas market on 6th December plus several special season events on the steam train with carols. You will also find a decorated seasonal Christmas tree in Heights. Guest access The apartment is completely self contained. The only areas which are shared are the garden, the front porch and the stairway to the apartment. Other things to note There are two flights of stairs to the apartment and these are a little steep and so one needs to be fairly fit.
