Come, stay, relax and enjoy our beautiful roomy home that Sleeps 4 guests. contactless check in, full kitchen, coffee maker, with a smart TV. Pets are welcome, (please let us know you are bringing a pet and that you have read the pet addendum). please note that the house is a two level home and the lower level is occupied by the owner, each level has its own private entrance. The space Eclectic Style home that makes you feel like you're at home. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably. We are pet friendly but ask that you please be courteous and do not let your pets on any of the furniture. Guest access Guests will have access to almost everything that they would have at their home. There is Wi-Fi access, a well equipped kitchen, a Landry room with a washer and dryer, clean towels and linens, a coffee bar, a smart tv, along with plenty of parking for a boat or trailers. We welcome pets to join you in your stay. Please let us know you are bringing a pet and that you agreed to the addendum. The house is a two level home and the Airbnb is the upper level which is private. This area of Southern Colorado is perfect for fishing, boating, hunting trips, and hiking. Along with these, there are many family fun activities in the area to do during your stay: Shopping, water sports at Lathrop State Park, Museums, Art Galleries, Trail Riding, Nine-hole Golf, Cycling, Wildlife View Other things to note Pets are welcome with a maxium of 2 animals. There is also a pet addendum that needs to be signed. Please contact me to let me know that you have pets with you. *Please note that this property is a 2 level home. Upstairs is Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Living room and full bath. Downstairs is occupied by full time tenant. Please read addendum here: It is hereby agreed by and between Homeowner and ______________________________ (Guest) that homeowner will allow guest to have the following described pet and no others in the vacation home upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and this addendum. Guest hereby agrees to comply the following: 1. Only well behaved pets that are house trained allowed. 2. All pets must comply with the following specifications a. May not exceed 85 lbs. b. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older (prior approval would have to be met if a puppy is allowed and must be supervised at all times unless in personal kennel or outside kennel provided on property. Only if prior approval is met). c. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended. 3. All pets must be leashed at all times. 4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. 7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit. 8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on patios, or porch. 10. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
