The space This historic farmhouse sits on over 200 acres and is an active cattle and horse ranch. In the wintertime, you will be neighbors with our hundreds of boarded horses and bulls on behalf of the Jackson Hole Rodeo and Lundquist Land & Livestock. The home itself has been thoroughly renovated to include luxurious comfort in the country. With 4 bedrooms and 2 separate living spaces, the property can comfortably accommodate 10 people. In the backyard, you can enjoy a hot tub that looks at the mountain views and will have access to a fire pit, propane bbq, and a number of lounge chairs. While you may end up turning off your devices during your stay (many guests do), just in case, there are 2 smart TVs where you can log onto any of your favorite streaming services and enjoy a cozy evening next to the fireplace. Guest access The place is yours! While you may see us or one of our ranch hands out in the fields feeding the cows and horses, the ranch is yours to enjoy. You are welcome to the entirety of the backyard and please feel welcome to say hi to our animals. We have a large, two stall carport, that can easily fit an R.V, underneath. There is plenty of room to park and turn around large trailers. Other things to note Can you drink the tap water? Absolutely!
