Central location for exploring/working in Cornwall

The beautiful cathedral city of Truro is located in mid Cornwall, and is ideally placed for exploring the county. Our property attracts both guests that are here to work and those on holiday. Our home offers a quiet, spacious and relaxing environment. Royal Cornwall Hospital, and bus stop are a 10 minute walk, and Truro College a 5 minute walk. Please disregard Google maps walking times as there is a shortcut. Both North and South Coasts are within 10 - 30 minute drive away. The space The bedroom is a spacious double room with a TV. The view overlooks the surrounding countryside. There is a fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. Muesli, fresh fruit & yoghurt are available and also snacks. There are no cooking facilities, use of microwave or kitchen. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and is for the guest /guests own personal use. Not shared with anyone else. Guest access Parking. PLEASE ENQUIRE WITH HOST AT TIME OF BOOKING. Access to your room is through the front door, up one flight of stairs. Driveway is steep & steps to the house. A key to the front door & bedroom door are given on arrival. During your stay We respect the privacy of our guests but one of us is available if needed or contactable by phone. Other things to note Not suitable for guests with mobility issues as steep driveway, steps to the house and 1 flight of stairs to the rooms.
