Well-designed independent house (Wi-Fi), comfortable, classified as a *** furnished tourist accommodation, located in the heart of Haute-Savoie in a village (2000 h/450 m alt). Facing south, centered to discover the region with its mountains, lakes and iconic sites: Annecy, Geneva, Chamonix... and to practice summer and winter activities in resorts such as La Clusaz, Les Gets, Samoens... These sites are accessible in less than 3/4 h. Michel is available to provide you with information. The space The interior of the accommodation has all the amenities and its decor will charm you. It consists of: - a bedroom with 1 queen size bed (200 x 160), with two bedside tables, and a large wardrobe - a contiguous living room with a 190 x 140 leather sofa bed, TV and coffee table - a mezzanine on the upper floor - reduced height - (accessible from the living room by Japanese-style stairs) where the children have a nicely arranged room and where they can play and sleep quietly in two 90x190 beds - an equipped integrated kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and everything you need to cook - a bathroom that includes a shower cubicle, a large towel dryer, a washing machine. In summer, you can enjoy the tranquility of the house to relax in the garden or on the terrace (table with outdoor chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrella). In winter, the wood stove located in the living room will warm the whole house; it will make you experience an authentic mountain atmosphere while enjoying a Savoyard fondue or raclette by the fire accompanied by the typical local wine: Ayse. Note: bedding is provided. Towels will be available on request for €10 per person payable on arrival. Guest access The sheltered terrace and garden are a plus for this accommodation. The land adjacent to the accommodation is not fully enclosed. Other things to note Heating provided by wood-burning stove with hot air distribution system. The firewood is provided free of charge and made available.
