READ CAREFULLY! In the Summer from Sunday August 10th I will be back from Ireland and present myself SHARING the space with renters. I have done this very successfully over the years. I have a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Guests have two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and will have free run of the apartment including the KITCHEN. I’m sociable, and easygoing. If you expect a 5 star hotel do not book. This is a home! You are very welcome to a haven of peace and tranquility. :) The space I do not accept people with no reviews! In the cupboard there is coffee, tea, jam and marmalade with toasted breads and muesli. SERVE YOURSELVES. When I am away in the Summer this will run out because I am not there to replenish so come with whether you need. Covering an area of 110 sqm, the apartment is on the second floor and comprises: Bedroom 1: (VIEW of lake and chateau from the window) - Comfortable body form mattress double bed. - Large double wardrobe - Drawers VERY QUIET and private. Bedroom 2: - Comfortable body form mattress double bed. - Large wardrobe - Access balcony with panoramic view lake! Bathroom Downstairs •Normal size bath •Washing Machine WC independent! Lounge / living room / kitchen : View pervades this area, the lake in the background, with its turquoise waters and behind the peaks around Lake Annecy. Living space: •A large bay window. The windows slide into the wall to unify interior and exterior spaces) •A Glass enclosed modern Brisach fireplace •Two large double comfortable sofa beds •Armchair, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo. Dining Area •Table for 6 people, chairs Fully equipped kitchen The kitchen includes a traditional electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, cooking appliances for convivial meals ...
