Comfortable 3 bed house with free parking

Our house has the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay, with shops and plenty of takeaways within a few minutes' walk. The city centre, the docks & Anfield are around 15 mins by car, 30 mins by bus - great for LFC, Beatles and retail therapy fans alike. There's free on street parking on our road. The space There's storage for clothes in each room. The main bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a full size double bed and the third bedroom, on the ground floor to the front of the house, has a full size double bed also. You can relax in the lounge/diner to watch TV and enjoy your meals at the dining table. The kitchen leads off from the lounge. There's a fan-assisted oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Parking is free - you can usually park right outside the house or very close by. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden. Early check in/late check out may be available (subject to availability) at an additional charge which will be confirmed at the time of the request. Please check if this is available PRIOR to confirming your booking. Please note, we do NOT offer a baggage drop facility. Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay and to be as comfortable as possible but please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and tidy away your rubbish and washing up at the end of the stay. Please note that the bottom steps on the staircase are a little narrow. There is a handrail to hold on to but please be mindful of this when you are going up and down the stairs. Please do not confirm your booking if you cannot check in or out from/by the stated times, check with us first to see if your desired time can be accommodated. Please ensure you read the House Rules and House Manual thoroughly. By confirming your booking, you're confirming that you have read and agree to the details contained therein. If any problems arise, we will do our very best to take action ASAP and this may require ourselves or a third party (e.g cleaners, service personnel) to access the house. By confirming your booking, you have agreed: - to check in at the agreed time of 4pm (or earlier if agreed in writing prior to arrival and subject to a fee) - to vacate the property by the confirmed booking check out date and by the check out time of 10am. Guests overstaying the check out date and time will be liable for additional costs as follows: 1-2 hours late: £50 2- 3 hours late: £75 More than 3 hours late: 1.5 x the nightly rate plus any refund costs incurred by the proceeding booking being cancelled or inconvenienced.
