Stunning Annex close to the South West Coast Path

The Annex is totally self contained and close to the beach Welcombe Mouth, in a very quiet and beautiful part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. At our doorstep you will find the South West Coastal path leading you along stunning coastal views & ancient landmarks, as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea to enjoy hikes & cycle rides. The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around. The space The Annex was completely refurbished in Spring 2020 and provides a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and all usual kitchen equipment. You can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sunshine in your private sitting area, there is a Bbq provided. The garden is fenced and gated to keep dogs safe. The sitting room is very spacious and great for staycations, as a work from home alternative and for families. Wifi is very good. The conservatory is a wonderful place to sit and read, play games or simply relax. There are also now two single beds on the mezzanine, one is slotted under the other, please let us know your requirements in advance and they can be made up. The bed in the master has just been changed to a king size. We can provide a travel cot if requested. We provide towels but no beach towels. Up to two dogs allowed, please bring your own dog bed and keep the dog under control in the garden. We have a sweet black labrador, 'Indi', who would love to say hello but also has our own secure garden to play in if not. Dogs are allowed on the sofas if you bring additional throws, we are trying to keep the sofas nice for all guests, please no dogs upstairs. The SWCP and two beaches are just a short walk away and Welcombe Mouth beach as a lovely clean stream too where your dog can wash the salt off after having been in the sea. The Old Smithy Inn is just a mile up the road. Please note the bathroom is downstairs and has a large powerful shower. Sensor lights down the stairs are a new addition. Please mind your head at the top of the stairs and into the master bedroom. The Annex is completely independent of the Farm house and a thorough deep clean will be provided between guests. Thus checking out time will be 10 am and checking in time 4.00pm. Guest access Guests have a private patio and small fenced and gated garden behind the annex, complete with a small bbq, a dining table and chairs and 2 comfortable chairs to relax in - please keep dogs on the lead just on the path to the annex.
