Fully equipped with a separate entrance and a 20 m2 terrace, this spacious accommodation is ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers. Housekeeping fees are not included in the price (see full description) The space This friendly accommodation is close to nature while being close to major cities such as Lausanne and Morges. This spacious 95 m2 apartment includes: - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a washer+dryer). - A dining room with a wine fridge that can accommodate up to 6 people. - A practical bathroom, with toilet, sink and Italian shower. - A media lounge offering the comfort of a large sofa bed and a large TV (HDMI cable provided) with Apple TV and Netflix access. - A 20 m2 terrace is available for guests - Free parking is available 200 meters away. The availability of public parking is the responsibility of the municipality, we are not responsible for its closure during events. Parking on the property is possible for one vehicle upon request and at an additional cost. The apartment is provided with all the essential products for your stay in sufficient quantity for normal use (1x toilet paper, dishwasher capsule, one towel per person). Garbage cans require surcharged bags. A bag is provided upon arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The cleaning fee is CHF 100.- and is to be paid separately via an Airbnb request once the booking is confirmed, this helps to limit the fees by avoiding the 15% surcharge applied by Airbnb. In order to comply with the cantonal laws in force, you will also be asked to provide the last names, first names, main places of residence, dates of birth as well as a copy of the identity documents of each visitor before check-in. (see https://fr.airbnb.ch/help/article/3462) Without this information, the key box code cannot be transmitted. Earlier check-in or later check-out is available upon request and at an additional cost. In order to keep the cleaning fee low, it covers the basic cleaning and preparation of the apartment, and the washing of sheets and towels. If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee may be requested. If a larger quantity of necessary product is required (toilet paper, cleaning capsule, garbage bag, bath towel), we may be able to provide it at an additional cost. Due to too many abuses, it will only be possible to use the washing/drying machine on request at the price of CHF 10.00 per day.
