4 minutes to the subway

Great, very cozy and clean apartment. You will find everything you need and more! Fully equipped kitchen: stove with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, all the necessary cooking utensils, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, etc. The bedroom has air conditioning. The apartment also has a washing machine and a boiler in case of hot water shutdown. Heater, iron and hairdryer - won't let you freeze :). The space The apartment is on the 6th floor, overlooking the courtyard, where there are excellent children's and sports grounds. The subway is 400 meters away. Thanks to the separate bathroom, you can easily get ready, even if someone suddenly needs to use the bathroom:) Check-in and check-out times can be discussed separately without extra charges, if circumstances allow - we always meet our guests halfway. Guest access The kitchen, bedroom, toilet and bathroom are all completely at the disposal of the guests! Other things to note Unfortunately, the TV is not connected yet! It is there, you can watch a movie from a flash drive or via a cable from a laptop. But there is no television...
