During your stay There is a contactless check-in and check-out process. However, our hotel hotline is available 24/7 for you. Other things to note In our town, a visitor's tax of 3.50 euros per guest/overnight stay is due, which will be charged to you on departure. In return, however, you will receive a visitor's tax ticket with a variety of benefits, e.g. free use of public transport throughout the Harz district, discounts for restaurants and cafés, discounts on entrance fees for sights, museums, etc. Travel cots including bedding are available for children for an additional charge.
