The space On the ground floor: large air-conditioned living room of 40m² with large glass windows overlooking the terrace covered by a rolling blind; the living room is composed of a dining area, fireplace and a living area with flat screen TV; separate and fully equipped kitchen; bedroom with a queen bed; shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with exceptional views, a 140 bed; toilet. On the lower level: 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed, TV, and a sofa bed for extra sleeping for 2 people, and the other bedroom with a 160 bed and direct access to the terrace and pool; bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Very complete baby equipment available. Wi-Fi, oil heating, reversible air conditioning. Opening of the heated pool from mid-May to September (6x4x1.40) enclosed and secured by a bar cover, wooden terrace and sun loungers. Enclosed 2000 m² plot with trampoline, petanque, badminton, ping pong table, darts. The tenant undertakes to clean the house on departure and thus leave the house as clean as they found it on arrival.
