The accommodation is located close to the city center (800 m) close to all amenities and tours. Quiet and peaceful location. Very close to the greenway (bike paths). Independent and air-conditioned accommodation, on our property. Parking secured by a camera for the parking lot and gate. Access to the pool is exclusively reserved for you, as well as the Andalusian Patio. The SPA will be available with an extra charge from April to the end of October July and August minimum booking 6 nights The space Our place is a real cozy little nest that is functional, bright, and air-conditioned, which is very welcome in hot weather, with a view of the pool and direct, independent access to it. It will be exclusively for you during your stay. The pool is not heated, but there is a dome that, with the sun, will heat the pool; it is available from May 1 to September 30. However, you will be able to relax with access to the spa, which is also reserved for you at an additional cost from April to the end of October (in April, May, and October, the spa is only open for reservations of at least one week). You can enjoy a very pleasant Andalusian patio all to yourself, or you will find a barbecue, garden furniture (sofa), and a table. Everything you need to relax… The property is not suitable for children under 8 years old (who cannot swim) as there is no graduated depth in the pool. Please let us know the ages of your children when booking! Other things to note Access to the mezzanine where the second bedroom is located is difficult for the elderly, and people over 1.80 meters tall. The house is not suitable for babies and children under 8 years old. Please note that the passage from the kitchen to the living room as well as the toilet have a ceiling of 1.84 m located under the mezzanine.
