"Terre d'Iroise" house 10 minutes from the beaches/abers

Welcome! The "Terre d'Iroise" vacation home is pleasant and comfortable, perfect for a great vacation! Located near the village of Ploudalmézeau, on a quiet and residential street and not far from the seaside (Portsall...)! An ideal base for discovering the Pays d'Iroise and Finistère (GR34, sandy beaches, "glaz" colored waters, Pays des Abers, l'île Vierge lighthouse, Molène and Ouessant islands, Iroise Marine Natural Park, Côte des Légendes, Brest. The space The house is classified as furnished tourist 2 stars. Our house is organized on 2 levels: - on the ground floor, an entrance with washing machine and toilet, as well as a large living room with living room, living room and open kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer). Access to a terrace at the back of the house. - upstairs, the house has 2 bedrooms with shutters (a first small bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed and 2 bunk beds) and a bathroom (with shower and sink + storage and changing table). It is equipped to accommodate a baby (folding crib, bathtub, etc.) or young children. You can also use a parking space in front of the house, across the road, on a plot reserved for you. Ideal accommodation to come and spend a few days of vacation, as a couple, with family, in Brittany. The coast of the Pays d 'Iroise is beautiful all year round, close to the abers: high tides, spring, summer... House located in Ploudalmézeau, close to the boulodrome where the national pétanque takes place (June 5, 6 and 7, 2026) and not far from Lampaul-Plouarzel ("Les petites folies" festival). See you soon, Melanie and Julien Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note Before you arrive, the house is prepared to meet your needs. Please let us know what beds you need. We are careful to ensure that the house is entrusted to you in a perfect state of cleanliness. All linens are removed and replaced with clean linens (washed at 60 degrees Celsius). Between each rental, we have the cleaning done. This cleaning is charged at 40 euros (corresponding to 2 hours of cleaning). Before you leave, you still have to: - empty the garbage cans - empty the dishwasher, as well as tidy up and clean the kitchen. - remove the linens from the beds - and collect all the dirty linen (towels, sheets...) in the blue bag in the closet near the entrance.
