Set within a lush two-acre plot, our estate features two separate, private villas facing each other at a distance of 40 meters, connected by a beautiful central pool. 1. Turdus Merula - "Our Beloved Home" (175 sq.m.) A spacious ground-floor residence with direct pool access and private parking. Bedrooms: One master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each. Living Areas: An open-plan space featuring a comfortable living room with three large sofas, a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a countertop, a fireplace, and an additional bathroom. (AMA: ΟΟΟΟΟΟ77090) 2. Turdus Merula - "Our Beloved Nest" A unique residence characterized by wood, refractory brick, and copper elements, featuring a magical open-plan attic. Ground Floor: Three cozy bedrooms (one double and two with two single beds each), a bathroom, and an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. The Attic: A fairy-tale space with one double bed and four single beds (available upon guest request), two ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony with views stretching to Evia island. Outdoor Space: A large yard with a century-old pine tree, a protected BBQ area with a traditional oven, and monastic tables for group gatherings. (AMA: ΟΟΟΟΟΟ77076) Important Information regarding Capacity: Please note that the standard rate covers up to 16 guests. Our estate can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. For groups larger than 16 (up to 22), an additional surcharge per guest per night applies. Extra single beds can be prepared upon request for an additional fee. Guest access There's private parking inside the property, suitable for two city cars, one family car, or a 9-seater van, with an electric garage door. Additionally, you'll find plenty of free parking outside on the road, easily accommodating a lot of cars. Please ask us about the availability of private parking before your arrival. Other things to note Private Use of Pool, BBQ, Wood Oven, Garden, Sunbeds, Umbrellas, and all outdoor areas between the two houses. The houses are in walking distance from the sea, about 1.1 to 1.3 kilometres away, though it can be a bit tough on foot with the heat. For this reason, we must point out that a car or other means of transport is essential. Please note that guests do not have access to the garden or the two basements in the back yard. These areas are reserved for use by myself and the villa caretaker. A Little Bit About Our Homes We just want to share something important about our houses: these are actually our permanent homes where we live, not just typical holiday rentals built solely for that purpose.
