Room in a house near the beach

The house is an authentic working mans house in a terrace by the beach. It has however been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom and extension in the back area. The available room has been recently modernised and decorated. We now have a cat and a small dog. There are Guinea pigs too but they do not live in the guest areas. The space The guest bedroom has a very high ceiling and a window onto the street outside. It connects to an entry hall that leads to the bathroom and further along to the large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining table with four seats. Guest access The front part of the house is for guests which includes bedroom kitchen bathroom and dining area. The back of the house is reserved for the hosts.
