An experience in the green of the Apuan Riviera

Immersed in the greenery of the Apuan Riviera, in an oasis of peace and tranquility in a large garden, close to the beaches and the renowned Forte dei Marmi, the house (half villa being a semi-detached house), arranged on two levels, is equipped with a large porch, a large terrace and private parking. The unique location allows excursions to important tourist destinations (Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, the Carrara marble quarries and the neighboring villages). The space The house is situated in a very big garden near Apuane Mountains, the famous beaches and the important village of Forte dei Marmi. It's possible to make daily excursions to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Carrara's marble quarries. Other things to note The accommodation tax, which is required by law (€1.40 per person per day, for all ages, including children), is not included in the price of your stay. Towels are not included in the price. If the customer requests it, each set of towels has a cost of €5.00 per person per stay (for a maximum of 1 week). The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms: - room 1: a double bed (165cm x 195cm) plus a pull-out single bed - room 2: two single beds (80cm x 195cm) - room 3: a double bed (160cm x 195cm) - room 4 (the smallest - small room on the upper floor and equipped with a window and folding door): a sofa bed (125cm x 195cm) In addition, in the living area, there is an additional sofa bed of 120cm x 185cm. Sofa beds are perfect for 2 children or 1 adult. 2 adults in the sofa bed may not be very comfortable. This indication is given to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all my welcome guests.
