Even At this budgeted price we have tried to organise this stay with all amenities(sitting room), Air Conditioner, Cupboard, Refrigerator, Furniture, Good interiors, Electric Kettle, King size round bed and a lot more. If You Looking for Food, For A Buffet(@180) In a Restaurant, King's Vegetarian Restaurant is Very Close(70mtrs) to Our Home. Zomato/Swiggy are also functional for food ordering. Jiomart/BlinkIt(for grocery) delivers within 10minutes. Guest access You will have access to this floor with a Bedroom and a sitting area as shown in the images which are totally for your personal use. Washroom is small/external and 6feet from bedroom door via the gallery. My Family Lives On 2nd floor of same house. So the Gallery To Climb The Stairs Is Common, But We Respect Our Guest's Privacy. During your stay We are always ready to help our guests, you can interact freely, dont hesitate. If you need anything ask for help, You are our guest. Other things to note Note: Non-Veg/Drinking/Smoking/Extra Guests/Unmarried Couples Strictly Not allowed At Our Home 🙏 I hope you understand the difference between a homestay & a hotel, this is a self serviced stay hence we don’t have any staff or any services. We will give you a clean home and expect the same to be returned back 🙂 Car Parking is Not Available With this stay 🙏 But Street Parking could be managed at night in front of our home and During day Car Will Have to Be Parked 90mtrs Away at a Safe Location under the flyover 🙏 Note: Electricity Bill Will Be Charged Extra For Using AC/Heater @200/day If You Are Fine With This.. I Will Be Pre Approving Your Stay. Washroom(Small In Size) is 6feet away from room's door but is fully private for guests use. As You are Going to Stay in the centre of city, Please expect some traffic and crowd.. At this nominal price, we are offering this stay with so many amenities, please don't expect a Posh Colony.. It is a normal Locality with normal people who are always ready to help you and talk to you.. Please try to remove your shoes before entering the room, this will help to keep the stay clean. On Tuesday, Due To A Famous Hanuman Ji Mandir In Our Lane, Please Expect Crowd(No Car Could Enter/Park the lane). I Would Suggest You To Witness The Gathering & Take Balaji's Aashirwad.
