The space Guests need to be over 18 unless traveling with parents or guardians. KITCHEN - This is open plan, leading to the living area with a lovely reclaimed wooden breakfast bar. It has all you need, whether you fancy creating a culinary delight or simply heating up a takeaway in the evening. You will find a fridge/freezer, cooker, extractor fan, microwave, washer/dryer for your use., and coffee facilities. LIVING ROOM - has a large Chesterfield Sofa bed, new oak wooden floors, original French doors that flood the living area and kitchen with light. The view from the sitting room is over New Steine Gardens and the sea of the east. please note standing or access to the balcony is not allowed. There is no TV, so we recommend bringing a laptop or tablet with downloads or access to Netflix, Amazon prime etc if you wish to view programs.
