Large Villa with distant sea view & swimming pool

Villa lies above the town Izvorishte, half an hour driving from Burgas or Sunny Beach (both at the Black Sea coast). Great views on the town, hills, Burgas & the Black Sea. Private swimming pool, lot of birds (bird watchers find it a little paradise). The height makes it cooler than at the Black Sea (few degrees less), a perfect place to retreat after a busy day. The house is NOT suitable for people with too limited mobility, and it's better to have a car.... The space The house comes with a garden, ground floor terrace, swimming pool, and it rural landscape with great view. You won't have troubles parking the car neither. There is also 'garden' furniture (tables, chairs, sun-beds). Inside, on the ground floor there is a kitchen - dining room, a living room, a small office room with a sleeping coach, a toilet and a washing machine. On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms and 2 sleeping rooms. Via the sleeping room with the bunk bed you can access a large panoramic terrace. On the second floor 2 sleeping rooms (attention, you go through the one with the large double bed to go to the one with 4 single beds) and a small terrace. WIFI is available (for free). Guest access You access the entire house, except the garage and 1 small storage room. Know that this is also our holiday house.... Other things to note NOT good if you cannot walk any stairs. Even on the ground floor there are a few! Please be careful with the swimming pool (you could drawn - certainly young unattended children). Given the climb from the village center to the house... you'd better have a car at your disposal.
