The house has beautiful and expansive views and is the perfect fully-equipped chillhouse so you may not want to venture further than home. It is an old house with lots of antique furniture that radiates warmth and happiness, there are hundreds of books and children's height marks on the door, a super well-equipped kitchen that can turn out a feast for a dozen, and a garage full of water sports toys. Oh, and great mattresses, too. Tammy and Craig, the owners, who live downstairs, are a most inspiring, graceful, beautiful and fun couple and we really miss their company. As for Kommetjie, it is a small surfer town and Craig knows all the best spots but even if you don't surf it is a great place. There is a beautiful mountain walk starting right behind the house. A cleaning service is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at no extra fee unless you would like to tip the housekeeper. If you would like an additional cleaning service, please let us know.
