Bright Roslyn home

Our bright, sunny home is in a great location! It was renovated 7 years ago, with new bathrooms & kitchen. Fully insulated throughout. 3 comfortable bedrooms. Nice outdoor deck area, like another living room almost! Lovely harbour views. We are located on a quiet 1 way street, a 2 minute stroll to Roslyn village. Handy to bus routes & only a 4 min drive to the city centre, 20min pleasant walk into town through the town belt. The space Our house is warm and inviting, filled with natural timbers, colours, and some cool features and furniture, all hand made by Marcus - resident Dutch builder! A recent-ish addition is the covered deck, with clear blinds and an outdoor heater. The property is surrounded by lush hedging and a mix of established natives and some more traditional plants. We have a small vege patch with some winter veges (help yourself). We have ducted central heating (powered by a large heat pump) which provides both heating and ventilation, and cooling in summer. We have 2 kids bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds, the other with a king single and trundler bed. Guest access The whole house Other things to note During Winter the home has both central heating and also a modern woodburner, with plenty of firewood ready to go. The fire is effective and heats most of the house within 30 minutes in the morning. The heating can be set and forget and keeps the whole house comfortable and warm. Daytime sun makes a big difference too :) The bathrooms have underfloor heating. If our dates don't quite suit yours, message us to see if we can work something out :) We will be overseas, so making our home available while we’re away.
