SEA VIEW, CHARMING HOME MADE WITH LOVE

A charming vintage Thai style home with stunning sea view based in the heart of Koh Phangan in Sri Thanu. This home is located within minutes from many good restaurants and wonderful beaches. Thai food, Persian, Indian, vegan, French, Italian plus evening food market are all close by. All the yoga schools and centers are close by too. Ananda, One yoga, Samma Karuna, Agama, Sunny yoga, Genesis and many others are all based around here. The space This newly decorated home has a lot of space and fully equipped for all your vaction or even long term needs. The home comes with Air Conditioning. The kitchen has a 2 ring cooker, small oven, blender, kettle, cooker, fridge with a big freezer section. It also comes with non stick pans and all you might need. It has a french press for that fresh morning coffee on the balcony and gets a lovely sea breeze so come and enjoy ! Inside the home you have a L shaped sofa, a large clothes cupboard to hang your clothes, shelfs, a work desk, wall fan, floor fan, dress length mirror and more. I also like to think of everything my guest might need so Have added a few nice touces in and around the home. The sea view balcony comes with its own table, chairs, sofa, hammock and is decorated with beautiful tasteful decorations and lighting and plants. It also has a newly installed expensive mattress and very fast internet (you have your own modem - not shared) for you to fulfill your work and internet requirements. So if a home which catches a nice breeze, is spacious and has a wonderfully cared for feel about it appeals to you then you are welcome ! It also comes with a landlord (me) who is attentive to all my guests needs and requirements and am always happy to help my guests get oprientated around the island if needed. For new or unexperienced scooter riders I offer 1 or 2 (if needed) scooter lessons on wasteland so no traffic to worry about to get you up to speed. Riding a scooter really opens up the island to a person and I have taught some guests from scratch (we do this very slowly and thoroughly - no pressure !). I have helped around 40 guests over the years with this scooter warm up session so have learnt as I go and adjusted so it can be as optimal as possible. Though I am no expert ! Its just a service for guests that feel they need time before hitting an actual road. Home also has parking for cars. Other things to note There will be a extra charge for electricity. Charged at the local rate of 5 baht per unit.
