Bright bedroom in the Cours Lafayette area – Lyon 6, close to Part-Dieu train station (and public transportation) Room in an apartment occupied (by me), overlooking the parking lot of a building (soundless). --> 4th floor no lift! --> Very comfortable double bed (sheets & towels included) --> Office space to get work done --> Italian shower --> tea/coffee --> WiFi Temperature information: 18/19 degrees in winter, quite high temperatures in summer. The space Warning, 4th floor no elevator! Private room in the heart of a quiet residence. Apartment T3 crossing, very quiet, bright and warm. Comfortable bed with bathroom/WC access right next door. Access to the room: 7 p.m. -> 9 a.m. only (no check-in before, no check-out after, thank you). (!) Stay longer than 1 night? Please do not stay in the room during the day. Room available from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. only. Guest access Bathroom, restrooms, bedroom. During your stay Available from 7pm every night (not possible before) and check-in must be before 11:30 pm max. Check-out is 9am the next day on weekdays & 9:30 am on weekends. I live in the accommodation. 4th floor without elevator. Other things to note --> Winter temperatures: 18-19 degrees. Bed and breakfast & blanket available --> High temperatures in summer in the apartment as in Lyon usually. Sensitive individuals should be aware. Very nice ceiling fan :) -> Please do not put anything in the toilet (towels, tampons, wipes, etc.); a trash can is provided in the bathroom.
