Your home away from home! This cozy duplex apartment is perfect for families, big groups, couples and the like. Located inside a peaceful and secured compound only 8 minutes away from Legazpi Airport. A big swimming pool with a breathtaking view of Mount Mayon can be used with a minimal charge for check-in guests. The space This apartment has 2 air-conditioned rooms and 1 fan room. With living & dining area and small kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Utensils, kitchen tools and Refrigerator are provided. Microwave can be provided upon request with additional charge. WiFi and Cable TV provided. With Hot & Cold Shower. Essential amenities like soap, shampoo with conditioner, toothbrush, ear buds, towels and toilet paper are individually provided also. Hair Dryer provided. Iron available for rent. 1 parking slot in front of the unit with additional parking slots available 100 meters away within same compound. Stroller available also for rent for guests travelling with baby. Other things to note Please note that this is NOT a hotel. If you have high expectations, there are many hotels here in Legazpi that can accommodate you. We do not change beddings and clean for you everyday. However, if it is badly needed and if it is possible, you can just ask politely and we will be happy to do so. Garbages are to be collected by my staff everyday. Just put it properly in the garbage bag, tie it up and put it outside the door of the unit. Other amenities like microwave, water kettle, iron, rice cooker, etc. may be available upon request but with rental fee. Please feel free to ask me for availability. We will try our best to make our guests feel as comfortable as they stay in their own home. My place is inside a resort, which has different management. So, as stated above, the pool use has a minimum charge of 50 pesos per person for 1 whole day. The pool is being cleaned and filtered everyday unlike other pools, so it is just fair enough that the resort requires a minimum charge for their maintenance. WARNING: Anyone caught sneaking extra guests beyond the reserved number of guests will be asked to leave without any refund. You will be reported to AirBNB. Let's be honest and respect each other. Therefore, if you will be having additional persons, please modify your reservation accordingly before check in. Please conserve electricity. Turn off the aircon and TV when you leave the unit. Please inform me if you will bring additional appliances. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. Please smoke outside the unit and please don't put your cigarette butts on the plants or plant pots. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will be charged. Please handle the things inside the unit properly and with care. Any damage or loss will surely be charged. Lost key will be charged 1,000 pesos. "As a parent of 2 young girls, I am not a fan of any prostitution scene.
