This our home, where we live :-) We are a family of four. Our home is a large two-story family home, architectural designed, very comfortable inside and outside. The house is located just 700m from the beautiful Burleigh Heads beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Very convenient for going north or south of the Gold Coast. Parties not allowed at the property during your stay. The space Downstairs: The open living area inside the house is made up of a living room with two leather sofas (4 seaters each), coffee table and storage. The dining area has a large dining table (8 people), and it leads to a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and a large pantry. The kitchen and dining areas face the outside area, which is made up of a small well-maintained garden with a mango tree, a large swimming pool (fenced) and a large, covered veranda with a seating area and a gas bbq area. The back garden gate opens to a large park with picnic table, BMX tracks and a forest which is nice for walks. There is an outside shower too - great for when coming back from the beach before jumping in the pool. The downstairs also includes a fully furnished bedroom (queen bed), a TV/music room with a large sofa, an office and a laundry with a toilet. Street parking is permitted (free) with plenty of space to park in front of the house. Upstairs: TV/chill out area with a double daybed, a bathroom with a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (both have queen beds) and a main bedroom with on-suite with a walk-in wardrobe, king size bed. There is a granny-flat out at the front of the property with its own entry. The granny-flat is not included on your stay. The existence of the granny flat should not affect your privacy during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and its facilities. The granny-flat is not included. Other things to note No parties are permitted at the property during your stay. If you need baby gates installed at the staircase, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to have them installed. Please note that there is a granny flat on the property with its own separate entrance. You will not have access to the granny-flat area, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
