The tastefully decorated apartment is completely seperate from the owner occupied upper floors and has its own private entrance and patio. The single bedroom can sleep two in a double bed. The elegant bathroom includes a rain shower. The accommodation is a 7 minute walk from the telecabines in Le Châble giving easy access to the ski resort of Verbier and Bruson. The rando track to Bruson is just 100 meters from the apartment. There is free parking within 100m of the house. For guests not driving, Le Châble can be easily reached on public transport via the excellent rail network in Switzerland. The apartment is a 7 - 10 minute walk from the Le Châble train station. A quality breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, bread with homemade jam, juice and a selection of local cheese and meat is included in the rate. A Nespresso machine and tea station are in the apartment. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave although there is no kitchen. Two bakeries and restaurants are located within a 5-10 minute walk. The quiet village of Le Châble combines modernity and tradition. In the village, there are still many old barns that traditionally held 3-4 cows during the winter. While some like Chez Leni have been converted into a modern residence, some continue to house cows making a stay in Le Châble an authentic Swiss experience. The name Leni comes from a cow who was born in a nearby barn and had an outsized personality. Your host will be happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, skiing and other activities.
