Two-story gated house, w/ huge garage w/ plants & mini pathway garden. Comes with 2 rooms -- room 1 has Queen size bed. Room 2 has double bunk beds. All rooms are with split type aircons. Living room has a smart TV, free wifi with Netflix access, Comfy sofa & entertainment. (books, board games, magazines, stationaries w/ pens). Kitchen is with complete basic appliances (Ref, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, induction stove & pots, plus kitchen wares and utensils. CR is w/ heater. The space We made sure our guests will enjoy a safe and sound place to stay. The house is gated, with HUGE garage and a garden. Has split type aircons but is also well ventilated. Thus, windows are much more bigger for more fresh air and even sunlight. The house is also filled with wide variety of plants and earth color tones to give relaxing and soothing feeling. Village has a guard on duty at the main gate at all times so security issue is not a problem. They also do street checking day and night, for the security measures. And, we do have a single swing that kids or even adults can enjoy. Guest access Huge garage is perfect for car parking and outdoor activities such as exercising, cook outs/BBQs and for smoking. The garden on the side also give a peaceful ambiance to the guests. We also have an outdoor table & chairs for the guests, where they can do online work or simply hang with their friends or family.
