1 BR Oceanview Unit- with Wifi & Netflix

The unit is on the 12th floor of One Pacific Residence in Mactan Newtown, a bustling township in the heart of Lapu Lapu where some of Cebu’s luxurious resorts are located (Shangri-La, Movenpick, Crimson etc.) A number of establishments such as convenience store, supermarket, restaurants, fastfood chains, coffee shops, pharmacy, ATM, etc. are within walking distance. A food court that offers a variety of dishes at a reasonable price is also within the vicinity. The space It’s a 45 sqm one-bedroom condominium unit with balcony, separate bathroom and toilet, shower, bath tub, kitchen with electric cooktop, fridge, microwave, water boiler, rice cooker and kitchen utensils. ONLY light cooking is allowed. If the fire alarm sounds due to smoke coming from range hood, guests should pay the 10,000 pesos violation fee to the management. The balcony is equipped with an outdoor lounge set for you to enjoy a nice view of the ocean and Mactan island. It has WIFI and smart TV and two inverter air conditioners. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available. Pls note that the washing machine is no longer available but there is a laundry shop near the condo building . Guest access The guards at the lobby and reception area provide 24-hour security and assistance. Two guests can use the swimming pool, outdoor shower area, changing room, jogging path and sunken lounge for free. Unfortunately, the gym can be accessed only by residents and owners. The unit does NOT come with parking slot but there is paid parking space within the vicinity. Other amenities such as the tennis court and wall climbing area are NOT free of charge. Kindly check with the concierge at the lobby for more information should you wish to utilize the said facilities. Other things to note Please take note that your identification card (passport copy or any ID) is required by the condominium management for the check in process. Kindly send a copy of your ID once your booking is confirmed. Please do note also (as highlighted by previous guests) that the water heater may take a bit longer to work. We have mentioned this to the condo maintenance staff and they claimed that the unit is on a higher level so the water pressure may be weak at times and it may take a while for the water heater to take effect. Please also take note that for stays of 1 week and above, there’s a security deposit of 5,000 because I didn’t include the security deposit in extra charges in airbnb. For your convenience, the security deposit can be given directly to the agent and it will be returned to you upon your check out. HOUSE RULES • NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES INSIDE THE PREMISES. • Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to enter the property. • STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE PREMISES and INSIDE THE UNIT. Penalty of 1,000PHP will be charged. (We have outdoor balcony for smoking but please throw your thrash and cigarette butts into the thrash bin) -PLEASE TURN OFF THE LIGHS AND AIRCONDITIONERS every time you leave the unit. • Only LIGHT COOKING is allowed in the kitchenette and the rangehood must be activated when doing light cooking. If the fire alarm sounds, the guest will pay the penalty to the admin. • Hard liqours are not prohibited but discouraged. • Rowdy behavior and excessive noise are not tolerated. • Kindly report any damage to the property immediately • Do not throw tissue paper, napkin etc. in the toilet bowl.. use trashcans instead. • After using the washing machine, please do not close the lid/door. • Although we have paid cleaner, we appreciate if you could leave the unit clean and tidy. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 1. Check-in time 3:00PM onwards and Check-out time is 11:00AM. 2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability 300PHP/PER HOUR. 3.
