The lush green lawn outside is perfect for outdoor games, or to light up a bonfire and relax. Most notably, this stay is ideal for yoga enthusiasts. Enjoy a calming stay with expert yoga guidance by a certified trainer, meditation, sound healing, yogic diet charts and internal cleansing. The space Space: Bedrooms: - The property has 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a heater  - All the bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request - Free WiFi is available in all bedrooms - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Room: - There is a shared living area - The living area is spacious and can accommodate 12-14 people -  A TV is available at the villa Bathrooms: - The property has 4 private bathrooms - All private bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery, for up to 20 people. FOOD - A complimentary breakfast is offered. - A cook can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3500 per day, for up to 8 guests, Rs. 4000 for up to 10 guests, Rs. 5000 for up to 12 guests, & Rs. 6000 for up to 15 guests. - The ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Guests can also eat out-in nearby eateries like Hills Edge, 45 The Central and Eighteen 71 Cookhouse. Guest access Guests have access to the rooms booked and its outdoor spaces. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note -There are two steep turns right before the villa, and tempo traveller cannot go up to the entrance of the villa. The caretaker can help you if required. -This is a 7BHK Estate and is sold out room wise as well. Guests have access to 4 Rooms out of 7 rooms. - Guests and children are advised against playing on the lawn, given the altitude and location. Guests can relax, sit and savour the views from the lawn. - Heaters should not touch cloth or wooden surface  - Secured parking space for 3-4 cars is available - This is a wheelchair friendly property - We are unable to offer power backup here. - A medical kit with basic first aid is available - There is an additional charge of Rs. 700 per day with accommodation due to scarcity of water during summer.  - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest - A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. - Please note that tempo travellers are not allowed due to the restricted road constraints that prevent them from reaching the property. ADDITIONAL COST - Barbeque kit is available at an additional cost. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000, depending on the availability of wood. - A cook can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3500 per day, for up to 8 guests, Rs. 4000 for up to 10 guests, Rs. 5000 for up to 12 guests, & Rs. 6000 for up to 15 guests. - The ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
