Other things to note - Regarding your stay - As we are located in a quiet residential area, we want you to experience the authentic villa life of Karuizawa. To maintain a high-quality space, we have established usage rules. Please be sure to read them before your visit and cooperate in abiding by the usage rules during your stay. -OPTIONS- ・A barbecue set (table, grill, chairs, tongs, etc.) is provided free of charge. ・Charcoal and ingredients (condiments) are not provided, so please bring your own. *Charcoal can be provided at our facility for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you require this service. ・Catering ingredients can also be reserved from popular participating restaurants. Please inquire for details. ・Special dinner tickets are available for purchase, allowing you to choose from six restaurants within the popular tourist spot, Harunire Terrace. Our original menus are popular for their generous portions. There are some blackout dates, so please inquire for details. -Capacity- Our standard occupancy (adults) is set at six. In addition, the Peony Building has a maximum occupancy of ten (adults and elementary school students combined), and children under elementary school age are not included in the standard occupancy. (Elementary school students and younger are essentially free, so it's a great deal!) (Middle school students and older will be counted toward the standard occupancy.) Please understand that we have limited the number of adults who can comfortably stay in each building to six. In addition, for the Peony and Purple Bark Buildings, if you would like to stay in a group or with more than the standard occupancy (adults) of six, please contact us directly. For safety reasons, we will contact you directly for details. (Please note that an additional accommodation fee will be charged for groups of seven or more adults.) We will do our best to accommodate your requests, so please feel free to contact us. - Other - Service items are kept in the refrigerator in each building. The types vary depending on the season and will be selected by the facility. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, additional items, or sales. (Items are provided only once, regardless of the number of nights.) Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe from the time of check-in until check-out. Please note that if you lose your key, a 20,000 yen fee will be charged. -Facilities- Although it may be stated that there is an irori hearth, this facility does not have one. There is a wood-burning stove. - Smoking Policy - 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building, including on the terrace. Smoking is also strictly prohibited anywhere within the facility or on the premises except in designated smoking areas. This includes heated tobacco and electronic cigarettes. If any traces of smoking are found within the facility outside of designated smoking areas, a cleaning fee of 100,000 yen will be charged. Additionally, we may charge the actual cost of replacing bedding, wall or ceiling wallpaper, or other damage caused by smoking.
