This is a homestay, and our aim is to offer a warm, personal experience. Guests seeking a hotel-style service may find this space unsuitable. The space This spacious 300 sq. yard penthouse apartment is located on the third floor and offers private access. An elevator is available; however, a few steps must be climbed to reach it. The apartment features two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large drawing room, a kitchen, and a generous terrace. Both bedrooms and the drawing room are air-conditioned. During winters, heaters are available at an additional cost. Towels, toilet paper, hand wash, shampoo, and soap are provided in limited quantity. For stays longer than one week, these are provided for the first week only. Guests may replenish as needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, and cutlery for preparing meals. Food items are not provided. Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided in limited quantity and are not replenished for stays over one week. The highlight of the apartment is the large, plant-filled terrace, designed to offer a private outdoor space. A laundry area is attached to the terrace. Assistance is available from the caretaker if required. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire floor, including the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and terrace. The only occasional visitors are peacocks from the nearby Aastha Kunj Park, which sometimes wander onto the terrace. Other things to note Please treat the home with care and leave it tidy, as you would your own. We host with a strong sense of community. As this is a home, we hope to welcome guests who appreciate the trust and sensitivity involved in staying in someone’s personal space.
