A cozy private room in a bright and QUIET house overlooking a small south-facing garden. Located in the district adjacent to the city of Arras. A 35-minute walk from the heart of Arras, its train station. Main Square Festival is a 3.9 km walk away. 8 km from the Canadian Vimy Memorial, 16 km from the Louvre Lens and an hour from the coast (Le Touquet). Urban buses and close to major roads. The toilet is on the ground floor. Guest access I share with you the bathroom with bathtub/shower and the very pleasant garden. You can reheat your dishes in the microwave.
