The space Fully renovated apartment, comfortable and pleasant to live in, well equipped with wifi, TV, washing machine, portable fan and air conditioning in the bedrooms. It consists of: - Beautiful bright living room with kitchen open to the living room and dining area overlooking a balcony. A sofa bed is available. -Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (recent mattresses) and a storage closet. -Bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. - A balcony furnished with two chairs and a table with a lovely view of the landscaped park of the neighboring residence as well as a sea view. All rooms have windows which makes the apartment bright and well ventilated. The exposure is very good: living room faces northwest and bedrooms face east so not too hot. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building. A staircase gives access to the apartment. The building is on the 2nd line from the coastal road and in a cul-de-sac so it is quiet. A parking space in the courtyard of the building allows the parking of one vehicle. Other things to note An umbrella bed (baby) is available in the apartment. Pest control is carried out in the apartment every 6 weeks by a professional. Guest assistance for: - Transfers to/from the airport. - Car/scooter rental.
