Well located, well-equipped, cosy house in Cardiff

A Victorian Terraced house a stones throw away from Victoria Park in Cardiff. There are restaurants and bars a short walk away and bus from a nearby bus stop will have you in the City Centre in 15 minutes, or it’s a 35 minute walk. Uber/ taxi is approx £10 to the City Centre. We’re ideally located for all major events in Cardiff. We’re perfectly set up for families or small groups, and more than happy to be flexible to your requirements. On street parking available. The space This Victorian Terrace in the heart of Victoria Park in Cardiff has recently been fully renovated, including new kitchen. You’ll have the whole place to yourself. There are two lounges downstairs and a large open plan kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything should you wish to cook whilst you’re here as well as a coffee machine. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with a King & Double bed, and one smaller bedroom with a single bed which pulls out in to a double. We will provide the basics - towels, shower gel, soap etc as well as making sure you’re all set up with tea & coffee. There is a small garden to the rear of the property. This is our home, so please expect that cupboards etc will contain our belongings, but if you require us to make any additional room for you then please just ask. If you have any questions, please ask! Guest access You can access all of the property when you’re here. This is our home, and therefore would ask that you’re respectful of our belongings, but we would welcome you make yourselves at home and make the most of your stay. Other things to note We’ve recently adopted an elderly, blind Jack Russell called Lily. Whilst we take great pride in how clean our house will be for your stay, please take this into account when booking if any of your party have any allergies etc.
