Guests have full private access to the entire 2-acre estate, including all bedrooms, two swimming pools, tropical gardens, lounging and dining bales, the media room, office, and function lawn. Our friendly team of 15 staff (chef, bartender, housekeepers, and driver depending on your package) will make your stay effortless and unforgettable. The whole villa is exclusively yours — total privacy guaranteed. 🌿 For families, we can arrange responsible babysitters or nannies, as well as car seats, high chairs, and a pool fence for the main pool. Need extra space? Depending on your package: • Breakfast is generally included. • Airport transfers, car, and driver may be included, excluded, or shared on a cost basis with the guests. Please note: Luxury Bali Estate is a villa, not a 24-hour hotel. We have 15 full-time staff to cover daily operations efficiently. • Staff work 8 hours per day; any additional hours required by guests (e.g., late-night bar service or extended meals) will incur an overtime charge. • To ensure smooth service, the villa manager will discuss guests’ daily needs upon arrival. Food & Beverage • All guests receive a sample menu and wine list before arrival. • Guests may select from the menu or request special dishes with Chef Iluh, who can cook nearly anything with sufficient notice. • Food and alcohol are charged at cost + 30%. • Guests should provide funds for groceries; expenses are reviewed daily and signed off, with top-ups added if necessary. • Breakfast: 8:00 am – 10:00 am • Lunch: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm • Dinner: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm • The bar closes at 9:00 pm. Guests may make their own drinks after this time, or request a barman to stay for an agreed overtime rate. Additional Services • Massage, manicure, pedicure, yoga lessons, etc. can be arranged via the manager; guests pay providers directly. • Laundry and dry cleaning can be arranged and paid for by guests; minor ironing can be handled by villa staff. • Overtime rates: approx. AUD 3–9 per staff per hour. Tipping Tipping is appreciated, suggested at AUD 5–10 per guest per day. Envelopes are provided in each room; all tips should be handed to the manager for distribution.
