Wüsthof Dammerstorf parking space & camping in the forest

We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old manor house since 2006, which was built in 1938 by Miss. Paula Rath as a commercial building for the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2-hectare farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20 km east of Rostock and 30 km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of an approx. 600-hectare mixed forest. The 3 approx. 150 sqm parking spaces are available for campers, RVs and tents. The space Where the fox and rabbit say good night or even three large deer roam and a lot of red and black wild behind the property has its territory, the forest invites you to take walks. We provide the parking spaces on one of our sunny and easily accessible pony pastures, even in wet conditions, with the possibility of getting electricity and water. A toilet or sanitary facilities are not yet available. Work is being carried out on a drainage point for the mobile toilet and further service is to be created in the next few months. Other things to note The parking spaces are on a pony pasture used in the spring, which is now mowed and dragged. To the north is the country road and to the east are two neighboring properties behind tall trees. The sun is over the square from noon until the evening hours. The ground is firm and easily accessible even in wet conditions. The space is bordered by a paddock fence and is therefore also limited for use. There is a gate on the street. The nearest gas station (fresh rolls) and a small grocery and flower shop (with meat counter) is in Dettmannsdorf-Kölzow, 3 km away, and in Sanitz, 8 km away, there is everything for everyday needs.
