Property is off-the-road with a trek of approx 1.2 KM from parking and it takes approx 20 minutes. The space ZeroStay Kanatal welcomes people from all over the planet to come and experience what Nature has to offer when it is in its most pristine form. Accommodation will be in Eco-Friendly Cottage surrounded by Farm, Orchard, and Forest of Deodar, Oak, and Pine, with a magnificent view of snow-capped peaks of Greater Himalayas, Sunrise, Sunset, Forest. Know Pricing and Booking Details •The price which you see on AirBnB includes host charges, AirBnB service fees, GST and Krishi Kalyan cess. If your booking amount is more than 2499, then it will attract 18% GST and 14% AirBnb Fees. If amount goes beyond 7499, then 28% GST and 14% AirBnB Fees. •This cottage is a one-bedroom cottage which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed on ground floor and two wooden attic beds. Total capacity is of 6 adults comfortably. •Cottage has a capacity of 6 adults. Base price for first 2 adults is 2850 INR. Extra adult to be charged at INR 700. •You will get entire cottage, no sharing with others, even if you are less than 6. •Child Policy: Kids below 10 are complimentary. Kids age 10 and above 10 to be counted as Adult. Guest access Guests will have access to cottage with attached bathroom, dining hall, one common toilet, kitchen, farm, and orchard. During your stay We are a team of 6, 2-3 of us are available always so that guests can be served best. Other things to note Travelers need to keep one warm upper and one pair of good sports shoes/jungle boot etc. It gets really cold in evening and good shoes will help them walk through the Jungle.
