The property is located a short walk from the sea with a sandy beach, in Via De Pisis (crossing of the avenue of the dunes - San Leone - AG), a few km from the beautiful Valley of the Temples and the city of Agrigento and 15 km from the Scala dei Turchi. Other things to note Villa on 2 levels with entrance and garden shared with the owners who live on the upper floor. The road to access the property is narrow, especially in summer, such as July and August, it is difficult to find free parking.
