Absolute Brown (Room 1)

A private room in a SHARED FLAT situated at Sec 55, on Golf course road, just couple of minutes walking distance from Sec 54 Chowk Rapid Metro stn This flat, once my home, is now available for hosting the guests. It has total of 3 bedrooms out of which 1 bedroom is occupied by my brother (co-host). Rest 2 bedrooms are for hosting two separate guests. So, it's a co-living space but your room is private to you. We provide comfortable stay at very reasonable price. Hence, we are preferred by backpackers, international and national tourists, corporate employees, couples on a personal trip etc. Inspite it’s a home stay, We are known to provide utmost hospitality in our reviews. Your room is total private and we respect your privacy. However, we are not a hotel which should be respected by guest too. Your own home can also have accidental failures or breakdowns of any thing. Often asked question to me is - is this place couple friendly? I don't know answer to this and please don't ping me for this question. I don't mind ethical couples in a relationship but I dont know what you mean by "couple friendly". Your room will be private but flat is shared. If thaat suits you, go ahead with booking. If not, then sorry. Surely, this place is not for you if you are coming with unethical partners for a short stand. You will be asked to leave if you call over unethical girls for short stands and no refund will be given. Guest access In addition to your own room, guests have facility to use the dining area and lounge. Guests can use our kitchen to the extent of re-heating food or to keep their favourite food packet in the refrigerator. We do not encourage full fledge cooking in kitchen. We don't serve you food at this point of time. We don’t mind you ordering food online from Swiggy or zomato! Air conditioning is provided only during night as we made this homestay considering corporate employees or tourists timings. They generally come in night and are out during the day. So, we want to become budgeted option for them and don't want them to pay for AC if they are out. So, if you need AC during the day, please be ready to pay a little extra for AC usage during day. During your stay For your booking queries, you need to interact with me through AirBnB chatting tool. Immediately after booking, you will be given rule book once in detail. Please go through it. On the day of check-in 7 am, you will be given phone numbers of co-host or care taker whom you need to interact for check in etc. Other things to note Also, as it’s a budgeted homestay, we can’t provide round the clock A.C. like it is in expensive hotels stay. A.C usage is limited from 9 pm to 7 am (from April to September only) to give you a comfortable sleep in night during hot weathers, at a preset temperature of 24 degrees recommended by WHO. We encourage using a ceiling fan with AC to save energy. Why Air conditioning is provided only during night? because we made this homestay considering corporate employees or tourists timings. They generally come in night and are out during the day. So, we want to become budgeted option for them and don't want them to pay for AC if they are out. So, if you need AC during the day, please be ready to pay a little extra (100 Rs) for AC usage during day. Night AC usage is complimentary (included in room tariff)
