The downstairs has a new parquet floor. Internet is Fiber Optic: super fast The apt is on the third floor of a tiny separate building located in the courtyard. I'm on the top floor of this tiny 3 story building but the stairs are super short, no more than a flight of stairs on the Paris metro.
