A beautifully renovated Settlers Cottage with that old world charm but modern day convenience. Fully self-contained and private residence with a clean and crisp décor and everything available to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Set in the hills on 432 acres, we are located near The Valley of the Giants, Peaceful Bay, Parry’s Beach and Williams Bay National Park. So many of Denmark’s fabulous attractions all within a short distance. The space The space A fully self contained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence, beautifully renovated into a clean and crisp dwelling with a log fire and fire pit for the cooler months. The cottage is located on a working farm, set away from the main residence, overlooking rolling hills lined with towering Karri trees. The cottage is completely private and blissfully peaceful. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with Queen Beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 King Single beds - all linen is provided. The main living area is open and spacious with modern furnishings and a log fire for the cooler months. The main bathroom is modern with a shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The en-suite attached to the master bedroom is also modern with a shower, vanity and toilet. There are farm animals here as well as an abundance of native wildlife on display. With natural bush outcrops, there are many places for you to get back to nature and explore the outdoors. Located between Denmark and Walpole we are in a brilliant spot to explore the attractions this region has to offer. Dogs are welcome here, subject to our Pet Policy - an email address needs to be provided in order for you to sign our Pet Agreement and arrange payment of a fully refundable Pet Bond. The cottage only holds 6 people. Bookings for more than 6 people are not suitable. Two night minimum bookings required and 3 night minimum bookings over long weekends. Upon confirming your booking we will request an email address so that we can send you an information detailing everything you need to know about the cottage (i.e. directions, check-in, what’s in the cottage & what you should bring). The fire pit and fire place cannot be used in fire restriction periods. Generally December through to April but this is variable depending on conditions as advised by government agencies. Please Note: the cottage is fully self contained but we do not provide personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo/conditioner. We are not a hotel, we are offering a holiday home and you will need to bring your own toiletries. Guest access As guests of Mount Romance Farm you are able to explore the entire property which is set on 432 acres. We have natural waterways running through the property that lead to the Kent River and some beautiful spots for picnics or bushwalking. The entrance to the property is via an automatic gate with a code. The code is provided after your booking is secured. Other things to note Come an explore this amazing region. Denmark is a fantastic spot to visit any time of the year. Naturally beautiful with loads of attractions. Please be advised that we only accept a minimum of 3 night bookings for long weekends.
