Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea! The space The space includes a living room/full kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bed (in the living room; separated by the library), a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a spacious garden with a unique view of the sea. You can also find a library full of books, full kitchen appliances, free WIFI, an iron, and much more stuff. There is also a bicycle that visitors can use for free! - Kitchen/Living room We have a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances. You can also find some basic ingredients, like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. If you are missing something, ask us and we can help you! The apartment has a pull-out couch in the living room. Sheets and pillows will be provided if more than 2 people are staying there. The first bed (full-size) is located in the living room, behind the bookcase (for some extra privacy). - Main bedroom The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and fresh sheets and pillows are provided when you arrive. - Bathroom Because of our old plumbing, we ask that NO paper toilet be flushed. Thank you for understanding. - Air Conditioning/Heat We have air conditioning/heat in the living room. Please adjust the temperature to your liking on the thermostat on the a/c. The bedroom also includes a low-noise ceiling fan. - Garden There is a beautiful private garden full of flowers, vines, and lots of vegetables, outside the apartment.
