Surrounded by an oasis of the fabulous bush, birdlife, natural running stream, and enchanting bushwalk. The apartment itself is self-contained and independent from the main house, with total privacy, own access, and with off-street parking if required. The space The apartment is situated on the first floor via stairs from the entrance door on the ground floor. Living room: This is a spacious bright and light sitting room with a gas log-effect fire, television, and two pairs of French doors that opening to an extensive balcony. Kitchen: Enjoys a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and breakfast-making facilities. French doors to the balcony. Bedroom: Is spacious, bright, light, generously sized, with a fitted wardrobe, and French doors to the balcony. Bathroom: Is stylish and has a bath, separate shower, double basins, and a separately enclosed toilet. Outside: Swimming pool (unheated and available at certain times of the year), gazebo, and private walks within our section. Note. Absolutely No Smoking in the apartment at all times nor on the grounds during high-risk periods. Guest access The property is behind double gates from the road. The road usually offers plenty of parking without issue and we facilitate one car per booking within the gated area. A short walk gives you access to the bus service and the beach. A longer walk or short drive gives you access to more beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops, and a regular ferry service between, Days Bay (free parking), Somes Island, Queens Wharf, and Seatoun.
