You'll find ample storage space in the bedroom's roomy closet, and the window opens to a serene entry patio adorned with lush greenery and cooling shadows. Prepare your meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, stove, fridge, water kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom showcases a natural stone shower, and we provide small toiletries and a hair dryer for your convenience. Both bath and beach towels are readily available. Clean, bright, and inviting, our apartment offers a peaceful respite. You'll also have access to a shared laundry area for added convenience. Families with infants will appreciate our provision of a crib and high chair (upon request). One small French balcony, in the living room create a charming spot for sipping coffee or tea during the morning. Please note that while our apartment offers tranquility, there isn't a direct view of the harbor. Instead, your view extends towards the entry patio, where your vista opens to the inviting entry patio adorned with terracotta vases, cacti, and an array of greenery. Our building features an elevator for easy access, and as a family business for over 20 years, we take pride in offering a welcoming and well-maintained space. While we may not always be there in person, our dedicated team will be available to assist you during your stay. This event typically includes processions, fireworks, and communal gatherings. The atmosphere can be quite spirited during this time. 3. New Year's Eve: [31st of December] - New Year's Eve is celebrated with enthusiasm in our area. Fireworks and celebrations often continue late into the night, which can create a festive atmosphere that might be heard in the vicinity. Sometimes the city chooses a different location. While these sort of events are infrequent and add a unique cultural experience to your stay, we understand that some guests may prefer a more relaxing environment during their visit.
