Self contained with large bathroom and luxurious rain shower. Brand new architect designed apartment wth kitchenette. Coffee and tea making facilities. Cooktop and fridge freezer. The room is very light due to large louvre windows which offer great cross-flow ventilation if required - they have roller blinds for block out and privacy. There are 4 skylights which provide extra daylight. Guest access Private architect designed studio above garage, with key entry from laneway. The garage is occasionally used by owner, unless the guests request it is not used during their visit. Other things to note COVID UPDATE - it has come to my attention that there has become strong demand to use the studio for self-isolating because of great ventilation and close proximity to the airport and amenties. There is an extra $80 per day charged for 72 day isolation visits, which includes, extra cleaning requirements, delivery of supplies and support for navigating NSWhealth requirements. An invoice for this service will be charged by AirBnb after checkin. Please note that while 3rd party bookings are very welcome they must be organised through the account holder, and of course the account holder is responsible for their guests.
