Clean and quite room with a garden

We are happy to present a clean and quite double room in safe residential neighbourhood with private access to the garden. It is 15 min walk to Brixton with its famous "village" and only 5 min walk to Herne Hill train station. You will be sharing bathroom with us. The space You will find nice and clean double size room with a private conservatory that leads straight to the garden in our ground floor flat. It easily accommodates 2 people If you are using or planning to use a bicycle in London, you can keep it safely in the garden and access through a private entrance. PARKING We have parking bays outside the house and they are free for most of the time, but reserved for residents from 12.00-14.00 (2 hours) from Monday-Friday. Getting to CENTRAL LONDON There are 3 ways to get to Central London - By TUBE/UNDERGROUND. Take a 15 min walk or a 5 min ride by P4 bus to Brixton Tube station and then it is 15 min to Oxford Circus - By TRAIN. Take a 5 min walk to Herne Hill train station and then it is only 2 stations (15 min) to Victoria Station where you can change for a tube - By BUS. Walk to Hollingbourne Road (Stop S) and take any bus towards Elephant and Castle. We will have the maps for you to navigate around :) Guest access Our flat comes with a spacious garden which you will have a private access to. There is another way to get to the garden so no one will disturb you. The flat is well located between vibrant weekend Herne Hill market, colourful Brixton Vilage and a 2 large parks. CHECK-IN Although it says check-in time is 16.00, we can arrange different time for you after 14.00. So you can let us know what time you may arrive and we will arrange for your access CHECK-OUT We are quite flexible on check-out unless there is another booking starts on your check out date. In that case check-out will need to be before 12.00 so we can prepare the place for next guests SHARED FACILITIES KITCHEN You will have your own fridge, storage, cutleries and plates. BATHROOM WE would share the bathroom but we clean it frequently and obviously before and after your stay GARDEN Sometimes we would use the garden but there is another way to get there through the kitchen and so your entrance to the garden is completely private. During your stay We are a busy couple and spend most of our time working or at the gym, travelling over weekends or simply watching movies. We are happy to have a cup of coffee now and then, have good discussion or simply have a laugh with our guests but fully respect their privacy.
