The space The Summer House is a spacious (42 square metres) self-contained, architecturally designed studio with simple yet stylish décor. The bi-fold doors open right up onto a paved area doubling your living space. The studio also has a well equipped kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals. Rotorua has many good restaurants we can recommend, and most only a few minutes drive. Linen and towels are provided and also Wifi, tv and stereo and washing machine. The bed is a Sleepyhead Chiropractic Queen guaranteed to give you a good night's sleep. The landscaped garden and private spa area is a lovely place to unwind while listening to the birds. Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe and as we are situated on a hill and free from most of the sulphur smell! and there is only one road in so there is also very little traffic. Just a few meters down the road is the best view in Rotorua which overlooks Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. It is at the start of the Rotorua Tree Trust which is a huge area planted and landscaped with lovely walks. We have a young dog ...Ella is a super cute Brittany Spaniel and happy to visit you if you are missing your own pooch. Guest access The spa area and back garden is solely yours while you are staying. and you have a separate entry to the studio through a side gate. Other things to note Please avoid cooking with any strong smelling spices as this can make it unpleasant for the guests staying after you. Please leave the studio as tidy as you have found it on your arrival, with dishes done and rubbish disposed of in provided bins thank you.
