The space 5.0★ The space (studio) has a separate entrance. Beautifully designed with modern furniture, an equipped kitchen, bright, in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Maroussi. The apartment is 30 sq.m., with a full range of quality equipment. With its carefully decorated corners and the well-designed visible or hidden lighting (with LEDs) highlighting the elegant details, you will feel right at home. Fine books in the library will help you enjoy your stay in our quiet and green neighborhood. An absolute sense of calm and relaxation on the balcony of the apartment or in the living room while reading or watching TV. You will enjoy your sleep in the double bed with the selected superior quality mattress. In the living room there is: A semi-double sofa that becomes a bed for accommodating a third (3rd) guest. In front of the couch, there is a wooden table with a glass top. There is an extendable wooden table/desk suitable for work (with your laptop) and (2) two adjustable-height stools. In the large bookcase closet, you will find extra free storage space even for a long stay. It is possible to use the washing machine inside the apartment. The fireplace is not used; it is decorative. For the separate entrance of the apartment, guests will climb (with a support handrail) six (6) steps. Not suitable - not recommended for guests using a wheelchair and those with mobility difficulties. The studio has: High-speed Internet with Wi-Fi (4G and 5G mode) as well as Ethernet use (there is a UTP connection cable) for speeds up to 100 Mbps. There is a carbon monoxide detector, a smoke detector (fire safety), a built-in Morris A+ refrigerator, a Candy 6 kg A+++ washing machine, built-in Pyramis stoves, a built-in Bosch HBA513BS00 stainless steel oven, a Samsung smart TV (Netflix function with guest password), a Nespresso coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a kettle, an electric coffee pot, an iron, a hair dryer, utensils (pots, pan, etc.) and kitchen items such as knives, spoons, forks, glasses, etc. Thanks to the excellent insulation in its walls, the good orientation of the space (south-facing), the energy-efficient windows and the thermal break in the aluminum frames, the house is able to maintain low temperatures in the summer and be warm in the winter. For warmth in winter and cooling / refreshment in the summer and hot months, a control panel is available for guests to use for the apartment's Toyotomi 12000 Btu A++ Inverter Air Conditioning unit. Other things to note We responsibly adhere to the Health and Safety rules for all our guests. A certified company performs preventive pest control and disinfection of the apartment every six (6) months, both indoors and in the courtyard/common areas. The company's certificate for pest control - disinfection is in the apartment's folder of useful instructions. Clothing is always disinfected and cleaned with Dettol, bleach and detergent in the washing machine at a temperature above 60°C. After the guests check out: 1) All used utensils are washed in a dishwasher at a temperature greater than 70°C. 2) The space is ventilated for many hours, disinfected with a UV-C device and cleaned with a steam cleaner, Dettol and bleach.
