The space Our beautiful second floor apartment comprises of a good size bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, south-facing lounge and open plan kitchen. With a double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed, can easily sleep 4, with a travel cot available on request. It is perfect for couples, small families or groups and business guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with tea and coffee, also has a free-standing fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The living area has a sofa bed and a 42” smart television and Wifi.The bedroom has a double bed and a huge sliding door wardrobe incorporating shelving, hanging and drawer space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Essential toiletries are provided. Baby bath can be provided upon request. Check out is strictly by 11:00 am unless a different time has been arranged. After 11:00 am or after the arranged check out time there will be a late check out charge £20/Hr fee for every hour. Please understand this fee is our cleaners standing charge. For lost keys you will be charged two set of locks and three sets of keys. This is around £100 (unfortunately we have to do this for security reasons). Smoking in the flat and in the building is strictly prohibited (penalty charge £100).
